One has to admire Mr. Renaud’s ability to be succinct. His well-reasoned points of reference gift us with useful analysis.
I particularly enjoyed his observation (5:35), regarding the adequacy to the City’s plea deal with Feds. Persons were harmed by individual officers, not by the Bureau (or City) as a whole. “Until you hold individual officers accountable, not only in police disciplinary processes, but also in criminal court,” proposed reforms and current assurances are inadequate.
