Portland Police Bureau Press Release: The Portland Police Bureau has posted documents related to the death of James Chasse on its website. These documents include the Training Review, Internal Affairs Review and documents from the Use of Force and Performance Review Board. These PDF documents, in their gigantic forms, are fairly useless. We’ve separated them into individual PDF documents so each one can be downloaded easily, read and understood by journalists, police officers, lawyers, medical providers, students, jailers, politicians and bureaucrats.

Individual documents below are included in the PDF called Training.pdf, released by the Portland Police Bureau on 10/01/2010.
